Longevity get's National Recognition!

by Jan Lindsey, of the Press Journal

The About Face Boot Camp that Steve and Bonnie Pfiester operate at the Costa d’Este resort in Vero Beach will be featured in the April issue of Fitness Magazine.

Magazine writer Chee Gates spent three November days at the boot camp to write the story. She said she picked About Face for two reasons: She knows the Pfiesters and the camp is unusual in that it emphasizes a shift in thinking — and provides information about diet and meal planning to help that shift along.

“We can make a difference in somebody’s life if we teach them for three days,” Bonnie Pfiester said. “It seems to be a perfect kick-start when people know they need to do something but they don’t know what to do.”
