TRAINERS PREPARE FOR MAX BOOT CAMP

 

Max Trainers spent hours planning and training as they begin to prepare for the program.

Max Trainer and Kickboxing instructor, Charlie (pictured below leading a portion of the boot camp training) applies his own experience in the Marines. Each trainer adds their expertise and personality to the program for the ultimate experience.

 

Boot Camp Training will consist of indoor and outdoor training at Longevity Max during the week.

 

Max Boot Camp includes OBSTACLE COURSE TRAINING on the weekends on Longevity's Obstacle Course

(which features the obstacle course from CMT's weight loss reality Bridal Bootcamp)
