Steve is the director over the club's Training Programs. Steve's degree in Physical Therapy helps him to better assist members and staff in troubleshooting physical limitations. In addition, Steve's 17 years of experience as a personal trainer, aerobics instructor and body building competitor drives him to challenge staff, and members alike, to be the best that they can be. Although Steve enjoyed helping the sick get better, his real passion is using his knowledge to prevent future health problems. Most physical therapy patients' injuries were from obesity, poor posture and being deconditioned. His desire is to help encourage members to believe in fitness and discover the rewards of not only living long, but living well.
